I feel like crap.
I ate yesterday, granted not a lot, and I went to bed at around 10:30 which was nice and early for me. I woke up at 4 feeling nauseous and now my head is pounding and I’m sweating, but I know my room isn’t hot.
This is probably what burning out feels like, because I don’t think I’m actually sick, I think this is me killing myself with my stupid sleep schedule.
